FTC’s Manufacturing Process is Contained and Controlled
In-House With Our Strict, Quality Assurance Program, which is certified
to ISO 9001:2000 and AS9100:2001. At every step, fastener parts are
randomly selected, inspected and analyzed using SPC (networked Statistical
Process Control) and other advanced process monitoring techniques.
This method ensures that any irregularities can be immediately identified
and corrected.

with the Fastener Quality Act, MIL-I-45208, ISO 9001:2000/AS9100:2001
and MIL-STD-45662

Each lot of fasteners is subjected to metallurgical and physical tests
to determine hardness, shear, tensile, torque, fatigue, stress durability,
micro / macro evaluation and other tests, as required by contract. |
